• 1 l spanish onions
• 1/2 egg
• 1/4 natural yoghurt
• 160 gr potatoes
• 60 ml water
• 60 ml wine (red)
• 20 gr parmesan cheese
• 4 gr flour (plain)
• 3 gr italian parsley (chopped)
• 2 ml olive oil
