Chicken Tandoori #2
- 10 natural yoghurt
- 3 garlic (cloves chopped)
- 1 onion
- 1 lemon rind
- 1/2 food colouring (red)
- 950 gr chicken (pieces)
- 30 ml vinegar
- 6 gr garam masala
- 5 gr ginger (fresh chopped)
- 4 gr coriander (ground)
Corn Bread
- 8 fl milk
- 2 natural yoghurt
- 210 gr strong flour (plain)
- 150 gr corn meal (yellow)
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (grated)
- 55 gr sunflower
- 28 gr baking powder
- 26 gr sugar
Mexican Chicken
- 150 natural yoghurt
- 4 chicken breasts (skinless)
- 3 drops tabasco sauce
- 1 chilli powder
- 150 ml chicken stock
- 30 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 30 ml worcestershire sauce
- 45 ml tomato ketchup
- 28 gr soft brown sugar
- 3 gr celery salt
Spanish Onion Torte
- 1 l spanish onions
- 1/2 egg
- 1/4 natural yoghurt
- 160 gr potatoes
- 60 ml water
- 60 ml wine (red)
- 20 gr parmesan cheese
- 4 gr flour (plain)
- 3 gr italian parsley (chopped)
- 2 ml olive oil
