Paella A La Valenciana
- 12 little neck clams
- 2 onion (whole)
- 1 broiler
- 1 bay leaf
- 1,400 ml chicken stock
- 350 gr short rice (grain)
- 260 gr chorizo sausage
- 250 gr shrimp
- 240 ml dry wine (white)
- 160 gr tomatoes (chopped)
