Eggplant Salad
- 4 long chinese eggplants
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 green onions
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 16 ml vinegar (white)
- 8 gr sesame seeds (toasted)
- 6 gr agar-agar
- 6 gr coriander leaves
- 5 gr ginger (grated)
- 4 ml sesame oil
