- 1 melt butter in saucepan over hea mushrooms
- 475 ml cream
- 600 ml nonfat chicken broth
- 65 gr butter (unsalted)
- 60 ml sherry
- 34 gr chives (chopped)
- 32 gr flour
- 3 gr salt
