Horensho Hitashi
- 3 niban dashi
- 90 gr spinach (fresh)
- 7 gr salt
- 7 gr sesame seeds
- 5 ml soy sauce
- 2 gr sugar
- 1 gr msg
Kiriboshi
- 2 niban dashi
- 1 shoyu
- 1/2 chicken breast boned
- 45 gr sake
- 38 gr sugar
- 12 gr daikon
- 4 gr salt
