• 2 zucchini thinly (sliced)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 green bell pepper thinly (sliced)
• 1 bell pepper thinly (red sliced)
• 1 eggplant (peeled)
• 800 ml pasta sauce see directions
• 170 gr mushrooms (fresh sliced)
• 40 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
• 30 ml olive oil
