- 750 gr pear in (light)
- 300 gr raspberries
- 200 gr sugar
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 8 gr sugar
- 2 ml cream of tartar
- 2 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr cornstarch
- 1 gr salt
