• 2 eggs (plus)
• 1 egg (white)
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 from edge comes out clean
• 270 gr size
• 240 ml skim milk
• 140 gr up chicken (cut cooked)
• 120 gr regular rice (hot cooked)
• 120 ml water
