Fruit Fantasy Soup

• 1 seedless orange (peeled separated)
• 1 banana (peeled)
• 240 ml peaches in own juice (canned)
• 240 ml pineapple chunks in own juice (canned)
• 30 gr walnuts (chopped)
• 16 ml honey
• 1 gr nutmeg (ground)

Spinach Salad

• 1 seedless orange
• 190 gr torn spinach (fresh)
• 90 gr slivered almonds (toasted)
• 45 gr mushrooms (sliced)
• 45 ml olive oil
• 30 gr green onions (chopped)
• 16 ml lemon juice
• 1 gr salt
• 1 gr black pepper
