Ingredients
- 1 seedless orange
- 190 gr torn spinach (fresh)
- 90 gr slivered almonds (toasted)
- 45 gr mushrooms (sliced)
- 45 ml olive oil
- 30 gr green onions (chopped)
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper
Place spinach in a large salad bowl. Add orange, mushrooms & onions. Mix together lemon juice, oil, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Ensure it is well mixed. Pour over salad & add almonds. Toss gently.
