• 3 eggs well (beaten)
• 2 garlic (cloves minced)
• 1/4 accent
• 120 gr monterey jack cheese
• 60 gr cashews (chopped)
• 45 gr butter
• 3 gr parsley (fresh chopped)
• 1 gr salt
