• 2 chervil (minced)
• 2 sorrel (minced)
• 100 gr celery (finely chopped)
• 18 gr chives (chopped)
• 14 gr butter
• 1 gr tarragon (finely cut)
• 6 slices toast (white)
• some sprinkle sugar
