• 1 squid ink
• 1 calamari (fried)
• 700 gr durum semolina
• 475 ml cream (heavy)
• 40 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
• 30 gr green onions (chopped)
• 16 ml olive oil
• 3 gr salt
