- 475 ml cream (heavy)
- 40 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 30 gr green onions (chopped)
- 16 ml olive oil
- 3 gr salt

- 180 gr durum semolina
- 32 gr cornmeal
- 30 ml water
- 3 gr oregano (fresh)
- 1 gr black pepper
- 1 gr pepper (crushed red)
- some garlic
