- 1/4 radicchio
- 60 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 45 gr thinly mushrooms (sliced)
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 30 gr spinach washed (fresh)
- 7 ml olive oil
- 2 gr parmesan (grated)
- 1 gr pepper (freshly ground)
- 8 slices pitted black olives
- 1 slice sweet pepper thinly (red)
