Using ingredient radicchio

Spinach-radiccho Salad

• 1/4 radicchio
• 60 ml wine vinegar (red)
• 45 gr thinly mushrooms (sliced)
• 30 ml lemon juice
• 30 gr spinach washed (fresh)
• 7 ml olive oil
• 2 gr parmesan (grated)
• 1 gr pepper (freshly ground)
• 8 slices pitted black olives
• 1 slice sweet pepper thinly (red)

Winter Salad

• 4 bacon
• 2 radicchio
• 2 garlic (cloves)
• 1 onion (red)
• 190 gr spinach
• 180 ml sour cream (light)
• 80 gr mushrooms
• 70 gr pine nuts (toasted)
• 60 ml buttermilk
• 30 ml lemon juice
