  • 300 gr chicken breast
  • 45 gr straw mushrooms
  • 30 ml oyster sauce
  • 30 ml oil
  • 16 ml fish sauce
  • 16 ml tamarind sauce
  • 9 gr brown sugar
  • 4 slices chillies (fresh red)
