• 400 gr unbleached all-purpose flour
• 350 ml warm water
• 95 gr unbleach all purpose flour
• 75 ml extra-virgin olive oil
• 8 gr dry yeast (active)
• 6 gr sea salt
• 3 gr coarse sea salt
