- 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 300 ml water crackers (crushed)
- 240 ml milk
- 130 gr alaska salmon (canned)
- 110 gr sharp cheddar cheese
- 60 gr onions (chopped)
- 40 gr margarine
- 34 gr green peppers (chopped)
- 1 gr black pepper
- 1 package cream style corn
