• 5 egg yolks
• 5 egg whites
• 1 zest (grated)
• 1 lemon
• 1 whipped cream topping
• 400 gr sugar
• 240 ml lemon juice
• 14 gr butter
• 8 gr cornstarch
• 1 1/2 packages lady fingers
