Ingredients
- 1 c apricots (dried)
- 7/8 c walnuts (finely chopped)
- 1/4 c orange juice
- 1/2 c coconut
- 2 tb wheat germ
Recipe by: DEBORAH EPSTEIN (NAFY67C) Place apricots, 1/2 cup walnuts and coconut through food grinder. Add wheat germ and orange juice. Mix well. Form mixture into 1 inch balls. Roll in chopped walnuts. refrigerate until chilled. makes 24 ----
