Ingredients
- 1 lentils
- 6 1/2 c water
- 4 c water to po bring to a (boil)
- 1 1/2 c apricots soaked in (dried)
- 1/2 c garbanzo beans soaked (dried)
- 2 tb malt syrup
- 3 slices onions (sliced)
Lower Heat, Cover and Cook Ubout 2 Hours until Garbanzos Are Tneder. add 2 t. Malt Syrup. Mix in Well. Serve Over Brown Rice.
