Ingredients
- 1/4 c peanut oil
- 1/4 c onion
- 2 tb water
- 2 tb rice wine vinegar
- 1 tb soy sauce
- 1 1/2 ts tomato paste
- 1 tb ginger root (fresh)
- 1 tb celery
- 1 1/2 ts sugar
- 1 ts lemon juice
ds Salt ds Pepper * May substitute low sodium/light soy sauce. Combine all ingredients in blender and process until almost smooth. Makes 6 servings; about 2 tbs + 2 tsp each. Unused portions may be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator.
