Ingredients
- 3 pounds pork baby back ribs (cut into)
- 1 cup packed brown sugar (light)
- 1 cup tomato catsup
- 3/8 cup wine vinegar (red)
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons onion (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper (ground)
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Place ribs in aluminum foil-lined large baking pan. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, celery seed and salt; press firmly onto both sides of ribs. Bake, uncovered, at 325F for 1 hour. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine sauce ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside. Remove ribs from oven; pour off drippings. Spoon sauce over ribs, spreading to coat evenly. Continue baking 20 to 25 minutes or until ribs are tender.
