Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 cups pillsbury best flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar firmly packed
- 4 oz chocolate (white chopped)
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup shortening butter flavored
- 4 oz semisweet chocolate (chopped)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
1. Heat oven to 375*F. In large bowl, combine sugars, butter and shortening; beat until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg; blend well.
2. Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolates and nuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
3. Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
