Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 220 gr pillsbury best flour
- 170 gr brown sugar firmly packed
- 130 gr chocolate (white chopped)
- 120 gr walnuts
- 110 gr butter softened
- 110 gr shortening butter flavored
- 110 gr semisweet chocolate (chopped)
- 100 gr sugar
- 7 gr vanilla extract
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
1. Heat oven to 375*F. In large bowl, combine sugars, butter and shortening; beat until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg; blend well.
2. Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolates and nuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls 5 cm apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
3. Bake 9 to dozen minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
