- 1 c onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 c coarsely romaine (shredded)
- 1/2 cup remaining milk with the flour until blended
- 3 tb all purpose flour
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/2 ts pepper
- 4 slices canadian bacon (sliced)
