Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 lb dates (chopped)
- 2 c pecans (chopped)
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 ts baking powder
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1/4 ts vanilla
Combine dry ingredients and mix with dates, pecans, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix in egg whites. Drop by teasponnful onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325F for 15 minutes.
