Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 280 gr dates (chopped)
- 270 gr pecans (chopped)
- 150 gr sugar
- 65 gr flour
- 2 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr vanilla
Combine dry ingredients and mix with dates, pecans, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix in egg whites. Drop by teasponnful onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 160ÂșC for 15 minutes.
