Ingredients
- 1 bourbon
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon skinned (fresh)
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2 5/8 tablespoons ginger (fresh)
- 2 5/8 tablespoons black pepper
- 3/4 ounce sesame oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Place salmon in large shallow dish; cover with vegetable oil. Mix all other ingredients together to make marinade; marinate 6 hours or overnight. Grill over mesquite until flaky.
