- 1 1/2 lb beef tenderloin roasts
- 1 quart saucepan over heat
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 lb mushrooms
- 1/4 c green onions
- 4 t butter
- 2 t flour
- 1 t brandy
- 5/8 t water
- 1/2 t meat-extract paste
- 3/8 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1 package tomatoes
- 1 package beef broth
- 1 package ham
meat-extract paste and salt; cook, stirring until gravy thickens and boils. NOTE: Meat-extract paste is an extract of meat, concentrated to a paste, with seasoning added and packed in a jar. It is available in most supermarkets.
