Ingredients
- 10 pie (plate)
- 1/2 caramels
- 5 1/2 c apples
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c milk (hot)
- 3/4 c graham cracker crumbs
- 3/8 c butter
- 1/2 c pecans
- 1/4 c water
- 1 tb flour
- 1/2 ts cinnamon
- 1/2 ts nutmeg
- 1/4 ts salt
double boiler; cook until caramels are melted. Pour the hot caramel sauce over top of pie and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes. Cool before serving. ----
