Ingredients
- 10 pie (plate)
- 1/2 caramels
- 525 gr apples
- 150 gr sugar
- 120 ml milk (hot)
- 80 gr graham cracker crumbs
- 75 gr butter
- 65 gr pecans
- 60 ml water
- 8 gr flour
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr salt
double boiler; cook until caramels are melted. Pour the hot caramel sauce over top of pie and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes. Cool before serving. ----
