Ingredients
- 1 lemon (wedges)
- 1 reduce heat to low
- high heat until ho shrimp
- 1 pound shrimp shelled
- 2 cups instant rice (cooked)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper (ground red)
- 1 package cook rice according to directions
To serve, arrange cooked rice on serving platter. Spoon shrimp mixture over ri ce. Serve with lemon wedges.
