Ingredients
- 8 shiitakes
- 1 tamari
- 1 tb olive oil
- 1 tb garlic
- 1 ts maple syrup
- 1 ts sesame oil
- 1 ts rosemary
Rinse mushrooms. Remove & discard stems. Toss mushrooms with remaining ingredients & marinate for 5 minutes. Grill caps over coals until lightly charred. Serve hot.
