Ingredients
- 8 shiitakes
- 1 tamari
- 16 ml olive oil
- 8 gr garlic
- 7 gr maple syrup
- 5 ml sesame oil
- 3 gr rosemary
Rinse mushrooms. Remove & discard stems. Toss mushrooms with remaining ingredients & marinate for 5 minutes. Grill caps over coals until lightly charred. Serve hot.
