Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 1 c cornmeal (yellow)
- 1 c cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 1/2 c onion (minced)
- 1 tb sugar
- 1 1/2 ts baking powder
- 1/2 ts salt
