- 350 ml milk
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 120 gr cornmeal (yellow)
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 55 gr melted butter
- 50 gr onion (minced)
- 14 gr sugar
- 7 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
