Ingredients
- 3 green onions
- 2 1/2 c brown rice
- 1 c lowfat cottage cheese
- 1/2 c lowfat milk
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese
- 1 ts dill (dried)
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a lightly oiled casserole. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
