Ingredients
- 10 mushroom soup
- 2 qt casserole
- 2 c rice (cooked)
- 3/4 cup cheese with soup
- 8 oz pacific salmon
- 1 c cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1/2 c cornflake crumbs
- 1/2 c green pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 c milk
- 2 tb melted butter
rice. Pour sauce over all. Ring casserole with crumbs mixed with melted butter. Place remaining cheese inside crumb ring. Bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes.
