Ingredients
- 30 secon fold in pecans
- 2 fruit spread
- 2 c low-fat buttermilk baking
- 5/8 c orange juice
- 1/2 c sugar-free cherry fruit
- 1/2 c pecans (chopped)
- 1/4 c egg substitute
- 2 tb oil
- 2 tb sugar
Bake at 400� for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to wire equals 2 starch, 2 fat. Also, 241 calories, 330 mg sodium, trace cholesterol, 36 gm carbohydrate, 4 gm protein, 10 gm fat. Typed by Roberta Thompson
