Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 pepper (red)
- 3 quart saucepan over high heat
- 3/4 lb chicken breasts
- 1 c regular long rice (grain uncooked)
- 1/2 c peas (frozen)
- 2 tb margarine
- 1/8 ts pepper
- 1 package cream of mushroom soup -campbells condensed
chicken is no longer pink, rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. 5. Serve. Makes about 4-1/2 cups or 4 servings.
