Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (whole)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbls flour
- 1/2 lemon with rind
- 1/2 lb mushrooms
- 1/4 cup wine (white)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1 package artichoke hearts
Pound chicken into 2 inch chunks. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add ga rlic (crushed) and saute until soft. Add all other ingredients except artichoke s. Saute stirring frequently 15 minutes over medium to high heat. Add artichokes a nd continue coooking until heated.
