- 2 pt stewed tomatoes
- 3 lb chicken parts
- 2 c wine (white)
- 1 lb bell pepper
- 1 lb zucchini (sliced)
- 4 tb parsley (diced fresh)
- 2 ts oregano
- 1 ts black pepper
- 1 ts pepper (crushed red)
- 1/2 ts salt
vegetables, zucchini, tomatoes and remaining parsley. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over pasta. Serve with salad and crisp bread.
