- 475 ml wine (white)
- 260 gr bell pepper
- 250 gr zucchini (sliced)
- 7 gr parsley (diced fresh)
- 4 gr oregano
- 3 gr black pepper
- 3 gr pepper (crushed red)
- 1 gr salt
vegetables, zucchini, tomatoes and remaining parsley. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over pasta. Serve with salad and crisp bread.
