Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1 qt milk
- 1 1/2 c chicken (cooked)
- 3/4 lb cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 c carrots (grated)
- 1 c rice (raw)
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ds pepper
Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 9" X 13" baking dish and bake at 325�F for 1-1/2 hours.
