Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 950 ml milk
- 210 gr chicken (cooked)
- 160 gr cheddar cheese (grated)
- 130 gr carrots (grated)
- 120 gr rice (raw)
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 23 cm X 33 cm baking dish and bake at 325�F for 1- half hours.
