Ingredients
- 1/2 tumeric
- 1/4 caraway
- 1/4 avish
- 3/8 c water
- 1 ts gingerroot (fresh)
- 1/2 ts cardamom
- 1/4 ts mustard seed
- 1/4 ts coriander
- 1/4 ts chili (fresh hot red)
- 1/4 ts paprika
- some garlic
Process everything together into a smooth mixture that will be as thick as toothpaste. Refrigerate with a jar with a tight cover. Use when needed. Makes 1/2 c.
