Ingredients
- 1/2 tumeric
- 1/4 caraway
- 1/4 avish
- 80 ml water
- 2 gr gingerroot (fresh)
- 1 gr cardamom
- 1 ml mustard seed
- 1 gr coriander
- 1 gr chili (fresh hot red)
- 1 gr paprika
- some garlic
Process everything together into a smooth mixture that will be as thick as toothpaste. Refrigerate with a jar with a tight cover. Use when needed. Makes half c.
